Purchased GM Certified 2-year-old truck with only 30,000 miles and noticed a very bad alignment. After taking time off work and driving a long distance to the dealership, they performed an alignment but charged me for it — even though it was extremely far out of spec (a clear red flag for worn/loose steering or suspension components).
When I left, the steering wheel was way crooked and the truck is wandering all over the road worse. Now I have to take a second day off work to bring it back so they can hopefully fix the alignment properly this time and fix steering wheel.
Very disappointed in the service and lack of accountability for a certified vehicle. This experience has been frustrating and costly in both time and money.
